Still Life With a Tea Towel

Paying homage to the objects in my cupboard for small pleasures they give to life.

Still Life In Whites

Sometimes I think I gonna hate still life for the rest of my life. But then again, no, it turns out to be interesting, just try not to think about objects themselves, only colors.

Still Life with Blue Bottle

That was a study for cool colors and I like the intensity of color contrasts here which are not so obvious with warm colors.

Still life with Red Pepper

One more simplistic look at a still life.
Cannot help thinking of early XX century, especially Giorgio Morandi with his zen still lives.

Still life in browns

There is an upcoming winter feeling in the air so it starts to show in my paintings - warm and low-key colors reminding of long cosy evenings at home. And of old Holland masters :)

Still life with onion

Still life performed with only three colors - ochre, white and black. Pretty enough as it seems.
